Well, here is the tutorial as promised!
Supplies needed:*1 Crew neck tee or tank (just omit the sleeve part)
*A second tee or tank (in the same color if you want)
OR
Enough fabric to create a 60" x 7" strip plus 3 small (about 3") squares
*Coordinating thread, scissors, needle, sewing machine, ruler
Let's get started!
